Why do we ship our own zabbix_server.conf? Can we use
zabbix_server.conf shipped with upstream sources?

same with the other zabbix_*.conf files.

Note that we do change the default file locations. By default zabbix
stores all the logs and pid files in /tmp/. So it might make sense to
provide a patch file to update these defaults.
