We often have some example config that make the daemon just start. This
is very convenient to make a basic sanity check. eg. build package,
then test if daemon start and stop properly. If a developer need create
an advanced config to test if daemon run, then it will most likely not
be tested at all.

This was splitted out from krb5 (or heimdal?) so krb5 and heimdal can
share example/test config and to avoid conflict since both uses /etc/krb5.conf
