Hello,

pkgconf 1.4 has entered edge.

As pkgconf 1.4 has changed the way fragments are quoted (favoring
POSIX literals for readability), there may be some problems with some
build systems that do not properly support POSIX literals.

If you encounter such a build system, we need to fix the build system
for those packages as their build system is entirely broken anyway.
But this is probably unlikely.
