[alpine-devel] [Proposal] Make abuild error and exit if url is invalid

I propose abuild tries to ping the given url and if it's invalid it
gives an error.
This would help a lot to prevent wrong urls.

Example where it would have been helpful -

This is the job of a linter, not abuild proper.
