For 3.9 release at least, is it possible to enable CONFIG_BPF_SYSCALL
and CONFIG_CGROUP_BPF options for the kernel? This is the error:

# ip vrf exec VPN01015S00193 iptables -n -v -L
Failed to load BPF prog: 'Function not implemented'
Kernel compiled with CGROUP_BPF enabled?
