The 3.9 kernel was released so 3.8.y will be EOL any day now. There are not yet any 3.9 grsecurity patch. So, rather than shipping v2.6 with an EOL'ed kernel, I have decided to hold the v2.6.0 release til 3.9-grsec is available. Users who want get started with v2.6 can start use the 2.6 release candidates. There should not be any big changes in the final v2.6.0 release - except a brand new kernel... Sorry. -nc --- Unsubscribe: alpine-devel+unsubscribe@lists.alpinelinux.org Help: alpine-devel+help@lists.alpinelinux.org ---
