Hi!

We are getting closer the 3.15 release and need to start think about
what to include in the release notes.

I think we need a shorter version with the main headlines, and maybe a
bit longer more detailed version with upgrade notes. Things that users
needs to be aware of when upgrading.

A draft for the short version is already available (Thanks Kevin!) on

Please feel free to edit the wiki with whatever you think is worth
