The purpose of a Wiki is to be a collaborative document, in other words, 
the content is owned by the community.  The original license of the Alpine 
wiki was a mistake, caused by the lack of selection of a license when 
MediaWiki was installed.  The relicensing effort corrects this mistake.

If you do not consent to the relicensing, please remove the content 
yourself.  Speaking of consent relating to the use of licensed materials, 
it should be noted that Alpine has never formally consented to your use of 
the Alpine marks on your telegram channels, however, until now, we have 
also not taken any action about it, largely because of your attempts to 
contribute positively to the Alpine community[0].

It has been identified that a major reason why people do not contribute to 
the Alpine Wiki is because of the previous license, which made no sense, 
and made it a question as to whether anyone (including you) could actually 
contribute Wiki pages at all.  Drew took action to initiate a relicensing 
of the Wiki because of this.

If there are other Wiki editors who are critical of your work, then 
clearly you are not the only one participating in the Wiki project.
