Someone has provided space for another mirror, so dl-4.alpinelinux.org 
is now online.

This mirror does an rsync-pull directly from  dev.alpinelinux.org every 
15 minutes. So it should always be fairly in-sync with the master.

Thanks to everyone who has provided mirror space.  It is greatly 
appreciated.
