Hello everyone!
With the 3.15 release out of the way, I am pleased to announce that
planning for AlpineConf 2022 is underway. Like last year, AlpineConf 2022
will be held online in a weekend in May.
Refining our process from last year, based on feedback, we will use Dudle
to determine the weekend that works best for as many participants as
possible. To that end, you may participate in the date selection poll
here:
https://dudle.inf.tu-dresden.de/alpineconf2022/
Proposals for presentations are also now open for AlpineConf 2022. You
may submit them as issues in GitLab:
https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/alpineconf-cfp/-/issues
Presentations may be done live, with slides, or in a prerecorded format.
If your presentation is accepted, please attach the slides to the issue,
or a link to the presentation on YouTube.
Due to design issues with the way BigBlueButton recordings work, we will
need somebody to record the sessions by using a screen recording tool such
as OBS Studio. If somebody would like to volunteer to do this, please
reach out in IRC.

Hi Ariadne,
has a date been chosen?
Best,
