I was getting a segfault with "swapon -s" and "swapoff -a" and after some
searching I found a bug report that explains the problem is in libmount
and affects some other util-linux programs as well. After rebuilding with
an updated patch the problem seems to be fixed. The new patch looks like
it might have a few other changes, but I didn't dig too deeply into it.
