Just out of curiosity, as I've never submitted any packages up until
recently, but is there anything specific that I need to do or provide after
I submit my patches?

I've added three, one for libsigsegv, clisp, and sbcl, and I'm just curious
if I need to do anything to ensure those patches get committed after being
sent up stream.
