To try to cut down on the wiki spam, the wiki has been upgraded to 
mw-1.26, and the (horrible) captcha has been replaced with Google's 
NoReCaptcha (which sends your IP to google's servers when you get the 
captcha,)   So in theory, we outsourced the spam problem and made things 
easier on new contributors.

Obviously there will be edge cases. One is that the page cache was 
deleted, so the wiki is going to be a bit slower over the next couple days.

If you notice other problems with the wiki, please drop a note, and 
we'll look into it.
