Hello Yandex team,

We monitor all Alpine Linux, and noticed that the Alpine repository at
mirror.yandex.ru is outdated[1], would you mind having a look at it and
rectifying the issue if possible?

I suspect most of our Russian users use your mirror, and it will be a major
inconvenience for them.

Also, worth noting is that you should use rsync.alpinelinux.org as the
master mirror.
