If you need edge your /etc/apk/repositories should contain
(comment or remove other entries):

https://dl-cdn.alpinelinux.org/alpine/edge/main
https://dl-cdn.alpinelinux.org/alpine/edge/community
https://dl-cdn.alpinelinux.org/alpine/edge/testing

"apk update" then, and "apk add mongodb-tools". I think Alpine doesn't
(yet?) have daily builds of edge or any releases, so you can only
upgrade to edge after installing a release.
