That is actually an excellent question. Seems like there are no easy to
find instructions how to do so.

In the mail headers there is a line:

> List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:~alpine/users+unsubscribe@lists.alpinelinux.org?subject=unsubscribe>

So it looks like you send an email to
~alpine/users+unsubscribe@lists.alpinelinux.org with the subject
"unsubscribe".

But it would be a good idea to have that more visible somehow.
