Hello!
PostmarketOS(pmOS) is based on Alphine. I have successfully install pmOS
on the PineTab2. Now I tried install "raw" Alphine not pmOS. And it
stacked on:
Booting `Linux lts'
And nothing more from the UART.
I'm using alpine-standard-3.24.3-aarch64.iso
Is it possible to install "raw" Alphine on the PineTab2? Maybe am I
doing something wrong? Or pmOS have important tweaks?

Hi,
you might need to specify a module for the file system:
• rocketmouse@archlinux ~
$ grep Alpine /boot/grub/grub.cfg -A4
menuentry " Alpine Linux" {
search --no-floppy --set=root --label m1.alpine
linux /boot/vmlinuz-lts root=/dev/disk/by-label/m1.alpine ro modules=ext4
initrd /boot/initramfs-lts
}
It's been a long time, but back then I couldn't boot Alpine without
“modules=ext4”.
Regards,
Ralf

PS:
My situation was probably different, since here's how it looked for me:

Which bootloader do you use? What does the menu entry look like?

GNU GRUB version 2.14
Commands:
```
setparams 'Linux lts' │
│
linux /boot/vmlinuz-lts modules=loop,squashfs,sd-mod,usb-storage quiet
initrd /boot/initramfs-lts
```
I've tried without "quiet" option. I don't really know what it do. I
hoped there will be some logs but no.
