Use /bin/sh -l.
/etc/profile does not get sources unless you're running a login shell
so PATH from your host system gets inherited and alpine expects a
different one.

Maybe caused by mixing repos. Fix your /etc/apk/repositories and
/etc/apk/world and run apk upgrade -a
