Hi all,

we just merged apk-tools v3 into Alpine edge. It includes numerous
changes (some of which are listed here:
https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/merge_requests/82593#note_520288).

This should be a safe and seamless upgrade, and will be in Alpine v3.23, but
you never know, so if you experience any issue, please report them at
<https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/issues>.

Note that we didn't switched to the new index and package format, and
are still using the legacy v2 formats. Also this release is not API/ABI
compatible with apk v2, so if you have third-party users of apk, make
sure to adapt them.
